How can I know whether the products are ordered and whether the order is being processed?
Upon the receipt of your order an email is sent to the indicated email address to confirm the receipt of the order. If you have received the order confirmation, you can be sure that your order is being processed.
Is it possible to order the products via email?
The products can be ordered at the online store and via email email@example.com. In case of ordering the products via email we will forward an advance invoice to you. The order shall be processed only when we receive the payment for the products.
Will it be possible to return the products?
All the products acquired at the EMANDIA online store can be returned or replaced by a product of another size or model. For a more detailed return/replacement procedure and conditions, please, read the section "Return of products" and the Rules.
How much time will it take me to receive the products?
The product delivery time depends on your selected delivery mode - economy or express - and on the country the products are sent to, Zone 1 or 2 (see more in section "Delivery of products"). In Zone 1 the products are delivered in the express way in 1-2 working days, in the economy way - in 3-5 working days. In Zone 2 the products are delivered in 2-3 weeks.
What can I do if in the product description I do not find the information I am interested in?

Are your prices indicated with the inclusion of VAT?
Yes, the prices of all the products in our store are VAT included.
How can I receive a discount code?
The discount codes can be received from us or our partners during the sales, competitions and presentations.
