RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
If the product purchased online does not suit you and you would like to return it or replace it with another product, please, inform us about it within 7 (seven) working days from the delivery of the product at e-shop@emandia.com by sending a free format notice. The notice should include the indication of the product you would like to return or replace, the reasons for return (replacement) and the order number.
During 7 working days from the delivery of the product the following applies to any of the products:
The Purchaser who sent a free format notice on product return or replacement to e-shop@emandia.com shall be obliged to return the product to the address of S. Nėries 103-51, LT-12115 Vilnius, Lithuania, not later than within 15 (fifteen) calendar days. The products can be sent by using the services of a courier or by registered post.
The returned products or quality products for replacement should comply with the following criteria:
The EMANDIA online store administration upon receipt of the replacement or returned product within 5 (five) working days from the day of its return shall inform the client whether the product complied with the return or replacement criteria. In case the product does not comply with these criteria, we are obligated to replace the product or return the funds paid for it. The Purchaser can replace the product by the one which is currently provided in the assortment of the EMANDIA online store.
Attention: In case of return or replacement effort of quality or Purchaser's order compliant products the product delivery fee shall not be paid to the Purchaser and shall not be compensated for.
